Here at Plaza 12 Physical Therapy, we deliver a treatment plan unique to each individual patient.  Through one-on-one treatments with our Physical Therapist, we strive to not only relieve pain and increase functionality, but prevent future injury as well. Conveniently located right off of Exit 12 of the NJ Turnpike (right next to McDonalds) in Carteret, we provide care to the surrounding community and their families, accepting most insurance plans.
